PWM’s Charitable Commitment

Over the years, PWM has devoted considerable time and resources to many worthy charities. We collaborate with these non-profit organizations to find creative ways to better serve the local community. On an annual basis it is our intent to contribute a portion of our revenues to charitable organizations.

Step Up Women’s Network

Step Up Women’s Network is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to igniting women and girls to fulfill their potential by creating and implementing impactful after-school and weekend programs that empower teen girls from under-resourced communities to be confident, college-bound, and career-ready.

Hole in the Wall Gang Club

The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to seriously ill children and their families throughout the Northeast, free of charge. It’s a community that celebrates the fun, friendship and spirit of childhood where every kid can “raise a little hell.”

Reaching New Horizons

Reaching New Horizons was founded on the belief that every child should have access to an exceptional education. With expensive private school tuitions, however, it’s common to see families settle for lower quality education, rather than place their children in environments where they could thrive.

SAVE Animal Shelter

SAVE is an independent non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Adoption, and Humane Education, SAVE focuses on the rehabilitation and successful placement of treatable and adoptable animals. SAVE endeavors to build, foster, and strengthen the human-animal bond.

Lunch Break freely provides life’s basic necessities – food, clothing and fellowship for our community members in need. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and lead those we serve to self-sufficiency and healthier lifestyles. We serve everyone, with compassion and dignity.

Holiday Express is a non-profit organization that delivers music, food, gifts, financial support, and friendship to those with the greatest need for the gift of human kindness during the holiday season and throughout the year.

HomeFront

HomeFront has worked to break the cycle of poverty and end homelessness in Central New Jersey, serving thousands of Mercer County families. In the past year alone, almost 14,000 heads of households walked through our front door looking for help. Started by volunteers providing meals for families living in welfare motels, HomeFront has since developed a holistic array of services for clients who are either homeless or at high risk of becoming so.

WS+B Staff Hardship Relief Fund

In the Withum Way spirit of giving back and supporting members of the WithumSmith+Brown family, the Firm’s Partners are pleased to announce the establishment of the WithumSmith+Brown Staff Hardship Relief Fund.  The purpose of the fund is to financially assist our staff and their families who are experiencing a temporary hardship due to a significant life event, such as losing a home in a natural disaster or incurring financial burdens due to the illness of a family member.  Receipt of the funds can be a major step for the staff member in his or her return to financial stability.
